GZU’s 14 Projects Approved as the Second Phase Employment and Education Project by Ministry of Education

Recently, the Department of College Students Affairs of Ministry of Education has released “the Second Phase List of Employment and Education Project on Supply and Demand Matching”. Fourteen projects jointly applied by Guizhou University with several companies, such as Contemporary Amperex Technology Ltd and TD Tech were listed. The 14 projects included 10 Employment Internship Base Projects and 4 Human Resource Improvement Projects.

The Employment and Education Project on Supply and Demand Matching is an important measure taken by the Department of College Students Affairs of Ministry of Education to implement the decisions of the Central Committee of CPC and the State Council on stabilizing and ensuring employment, promoting the organic linkage between talent cultivation and employment, and connecting talent supply and demand. It is also an important tool for deepening the integration of industry and education and promoting cooperation between universities and enterprises. In the second phase of the project, a total of 794 employers and 1,861 universities nationwide have completed cooperation in project matching, resulting in 14,546 approved projects. Guizhou Province has a total of 96 approved projects, with our university having the highest number of approved projects in the province.

GZU has always attached great importance to collaborative education. Application guidelines for the second phase of the project being released, our university meticulously planned, carefully organized, and actively applied for the project, striving to promote organic linkage between talent cultivation and employment, match talent supply and demand, help employers train and recruit more versatile and in-demand talents, and build a high-quality platform for our graduates to achieve higher-quality employment. Office of Admissions and various colleges of the university will take the implementation of the project as a starting point, make good use of project resources and actively communicate with employers, so as to ensure the effective implementation of the project.
