The Ideological and Political Department of the Ministry of Education recently announced the selected training centers for ideological and political education of teachers in colleges and universities. GZU has become one of 40 training centers that will make plans to improve the ideological and political education of faculty members across all national colleges and universities. Initially, the training center will promote such work for a period of 3 years, from January 2019 to January 2022.
GZU, in accordance to the work’s mission and expectations, will solidly push for the implementation of educational tasks. In order to create a platform for the ideological and political education in colleges and universities in the new era, the training center aims to accomplish the following tasks: improve the quality of training, complete the curriculum system, optimize the human resources management, expand research areas, promote joint development and sharing, and upgrade the evaluation criteria.
